What Leslie's defense team wants everyone to understand the following: Leslie and his wife Luda were not guilty of any charges brought against them by the federal government. Both of them adamantly pleaded not guilty and opted for a trial. This decision was rooted in their deep Christian faith and integrity; they could not in good conscience admit guilt like their co-defendants did merely to receive lighter sentences.

Leslie and Luda fully understood the risks when they chose to plead not guilty and face trial. They could not bring themselves to lie or fabricate stories to gain favor, unlike the co-defendants who succumbed to the government's pressure. The government accused Leslie and Luda of participating in a high-stakes fraud scheme, despite the fact that they maintained complete transparency. All financial records, including company and personal tax returns, were readily available for the court's scrutiny, though unfortunately disregarded.

The real perpetrators were Leslie and Luda's co-defendants who engaged in separate fraudulent activities with fictitious companies to embezzle funds. Shockingly, under the federal system, those who are willing to perjure themselves or become government witnesses receive incentives such as probation or reduced sentences, as the co-defendants did.

Moreover, the government has a history of withholding evidence and unfairly punishing those who maintain their innocence and opt for trial. In Leslie and Luda's case, the court unjustly convicted Leslie while acquitting Luda, a rare occurrence in legal proceedings involving spouses. Both of them, however, steadfastly maintained their innocence throughout.

The government's unwillingness to admit fault led to Leslie's continued legal battles for his freedom to this day. Despite everything, Leslie and Luda remain resolute that they were never guilty of the alleged crimes. Their case stands as a testament to the challenges faced by individuals who choose to uphold their principles against unjust accusations and prosecutorial misconduct.

This ambitious project is expected to generate over 244,000 new jobs, stimulating our economy and providing significant benefits to American workers and taxpayers. Our plan includes the installation of 5,000 modular CNG (compressed natural gas) stations nationwide and retrofitting vehicles with CNG kits at no additional cost to owners. This initiative not only fosters job creation but also ensures that the benefits of cleaner, cheaper energy reach every corner of our nation.

Tax Fairness and Corporate Responsibility

I firmly believe in a fair tax system where large corporations pay their fair share. My proposal ensures that these corporations pay a 35% tax rate instead of the current 15%, making sure the burden of funding these projects does not fall on ordinary taxpayers. I oppose government subsidies that benefit only shareholders while the public bears the cost. Our energy future must be funded transparently and equitably.

Environmental Stewardship

Our project emphasizes the use of natural gas, which emits 15% less CO2 than gasoline, as a transitional fuel towards a greener future. We are committed to investing in carbon capture technologies to make our operations methane and carbon-neutral. This dedication to environmental stewardship ensures that our progress does not come at the cost of our planet.

Transparency and Integrity

Transparency and integrity are the cornerstones of our business dealings. We meticulously document our company finances and SEC filings to ensure honesty in all our operations. I am committed to clearing my name from false accusations and restoring my reputation, proving that our mission is built on trust and truth.
